This is not Reliant Energy. Called and said they were Reliant and our electricity will be shut off in 30 minutes unless we make payment. Knew it was a scam because we do not have reliant energy for any of our service providers. Called back phone number and computer voice asked for account number or we could enter social security number or driver’s license number to find our account.

Phone number is located in the zip code 77251 area. Sharpstown / Chinatown area. Beware of this scam!!!!
