This is a picture of our home,we are about to lose after paying on since 2003.We are already having hard times,grieving the passing of our son.The people at Reliance should have to pay dearly for their scamming ways

My fiancée and I hired Reliance for mortgage modification over a year and a half ago.Their communication was good at first,more so when a monthly payment of $750 was due.To get the payments to them was nightmare,jumping through hoops.At first,we were helped by Ethan Gates.Then,someone else was in charge.Then another person. Each person got harder to get in touch with.Playing phone tag.The cat and mouse game.I am disabled,my fiancée is disabled from a traumatic brain injury.They directed us to file bankruptcy,so they "could have more time" to supposedly do their job. My fiancée has paid on this house with hard earned money,having retired from a job of 29 years.He has paid on the house for 20 years.Reliance needs to pull their heads out of their butts and not take money from people who are facing to lose their homes!

Back in January 2020 I received a call from Reliance Law in regards to modification of my mortgage. The fee was 3500, payable over 6 months st $750.00. Well at first the communication was great. Here it is 24 months later and I am going into foreclosure. I was advised not to pay my mortgage. They will not answer my calls or respond.

Reliance Law Center is not what they say they are. I received a call from one staff member who said he would help me with refinancing my home. I was 6 months behind back in February. They sent me papers to sign and said that my refinance would be done in a short time. By the month of May i had paid them 1400.00 dollars. They took weeks to get back to asking for additional paperwork. However, they would contact me each month requesting the 700.00 a month that was due. I understood that in three months the refinance would be finished, but it was June and nothing was done. I told them that they needed to continue to work on my refinance but they said that if i did not give them the 700.00 each month, they would cancel. That they did. The money I sent them was never returned to me. I do have the names of the three individuals that i spoke to and also have recorded conversation of what was said. I also saved the voicemail they left when i did not answer. If they were really caring, they should have returned some of the money i sent them. But as of today, July 28th, i have received nothing. I would advice anyone who calls them not to do business with them. Its a shame that i trusted someone with my home.
