This company use the COVID-19 harp loan info to say that can help homeowners with high interest rates because the banks interest is helping themselves. They claimed they could get you a modification. All you have to do is pay 3 months and then due to COVID they said that things were behind and to make things look better to pay another 3 months. This had been a year and nothing to show but lies and promises. They change people on you like crazy. You never know who you are working with. They seldom answer the phone… Silvia Lopez, Jeremy Martinez, Benjamin, Layla’s Rode,…they I believe are crooks.
