Purchased a puppy (Molly) from Marcus for 500.00 with free shipping sent the 500.00 to him thru Zelle he sent a message that he received the 500.00 would go transfer everything to my name for the puppy the following morning and transport would be contacting me with delivery information. Again remember free shipping included with the price of the puppy well got a message from transportation co. That said do to weather they needed a special carrier case to ship the puppy I would have to rent it for almost a 1000.00 dollars and would get that back when puppy was delivered! They told me that they couldn’t ship the puppy without that special carrier I told them that I was canceling the puppy because I didn’t have that kind of money! Then I got a message from the place that I purchased the puppy saying so you are just going to leave the puppy stranded at the transport place. I said no you are and I want a refund of my 500.00! I tried to request the 500.00 refund thru Zelle with the email I used for the payment and got a message saying address must be updated so I believe they changed the email that was used for the payment. Please stop these people they are stealing money from people! I notified Zelle and they could not refund my 500.00 because I had authorized the sale hell yes I did because I was buying a puppy and I was gullible that these people were honest people.this all took place on 5-19-22. If you could let me know how I go about getting my money back from these scammers I would love the advice thank you

I went on the web site: ReliablePuppyShop.net. I contacted them to purchase a puppy. They sent me an e-mail and approved me. I sent the funds to their Zelle account: [email protected]. They told me it cost $500 plus free shipping of the pet to my home. They took all our info, address and phone numbers. They gave me a fake number and address. They told me the delivery service will contact me by -email or phone to tell us the flight number etc. We were contacted by the delivery service by e-mail and they requested $995.00 for a refundable fee for crate service. (their website is: Airpetofamerica.com) We refused etc. They insisted and I have all the e-mails from us to them.
