Reliable technician came to my house on August 16 . The technician name was Nick. He came in my house proceeded to check out my oven. He then told me he needed to take the oven out of the wall and he needed help!? So, my husband came in to the kitchen to help him. know he’s on his phone talking to someone, I’m assuming someone at reliable that is “Who knows” After he got off the phone he then said it’s OK, I don’t need to take the oven out of the wall. what you need is a new oven panel.Then the next thing you know he starts packing up? Are you kidding me, now 20 minutes was all he was here for.. Nick then says can you pay me $89.? I asked him how much is the panel for the oven because, I want it fixed! He looked at me like a deer in headlights and says oh, you need to call the company because they need to order it. I don’t know what it would cost.. So, as soon as Nick left I called reliable appliance, to explain to them that nick their technician didn’t know the cost of the panel for my oven and that I would like to pay for that right now and schedule for my next appointment. The guy I spoke to told me there manager wasn’t in but, he was going to text him right now and let him know what’s going on and he will get back to me. Now keep in mind keep that was on Monday August 16 2021, I then called at the end of the week on Friday 20th 2021 same story sorry, I’ll resend the message to the manager and have him call you. I waited till Tuesday the following week same story managers not in! However I did ask is you manager on vacation because he’s not calling back? Of course they said no he’s not on vacation.. So I proceeded to call them again at the end of the week. This has been 4 calls no call backs and my fifth call The person who answered the phone he was rude! He told me to get a new oven or get a new company to come out and check my oven? ““ Who does that ““. After I hung up with that guy I ended up calling back talk to a lady I made a complaint about that employee. it’s quite rude about what he said and that was the last time I dealt with reliable. I decided to cancel that check after waiting 2 1/2 weeks hadn’t heard from their manager or supervisor or anybody who was willing to HELP me resolve this matters.? Now, I get a response 21/2 months later!? I’m here by notified that you basically oh me $89 + service charges of $30 because of the canceled check.. it also, states reframe from calling our office to resolve respond by mail or email Peter.York@reliable serviceco.com. Honestly gets me with this whole thing is that it took them 2 1/2 months send this letter bogus letter and they have yet to call me in regards to my freaken oven! scam or not? I’m betting scam..
