On March 31st, 2023 I reached out to the LLC regarding a custom retail contact list for a specific business category, fine jewelry major retailers & emails. Kevin Hayes, the company employee was my contact. I provided very specific details as to what type of contact list need and inclusive of full details such as business type, contact person name, category name, full personal e mail address, phone # , address at the cost of $1000 for 500 contacts. On 4/24/23 they took a $500 deposit via Quick Books and said they would start working on the list, remainder due when the list is ready. I provided the exact details & contacts needed multiple times. Kevin assured me this was possible & the list would be inclusive of all requested. On 5/5/23 Kevin emailed me and asked me to pay the balance $500 via Quick Books the list was ready, I asked multiple times to please check and make sure what I requested was included before I paid, he said YES it is all there. A few minutes later an excel template was sent to me after they asked for the $500 balance with nothing relevant to what I asked for, empty in fact. The list included a few drug stores & tractor trailer supply companies. There was nothing relevant to a fine jewelry contact list that I paid for. When I contacted Kevin to advise this was all wrong not what I asked for he disappeared, does not answer calls or emails. He fraudulently sold me an empty contact list or retail needs specific to what I needed. Full email chain available as proof. Also they charged me for 500 contacts and sent me a one page template with nothing related to what I asked for, not one personal email address. This is fraud, criminal, scam the company needs to be investigated and shut down for misleading the consumer & selling false information. Full email thread available upon request.
