I signed up for a 'free trial' of a face cream product for $5.95. The issue is with cancelling the Auto-Refill which I was not aware that I inadvertently signed up for. When I saw an additional charge on my account that I was not expecting, I went back to the emails I received from this company and saw I was assigned a login id and password. I logged into my account with this information and noticed that there was an Auto-Refill tab. When I clicked on the tab I saw that my account was set to refill every 30 days and charge my VISA $129.95. I tried to change my setting to 'Do not send Auto Refill' and received an SQL error on the page that prevented me from making the changes. I called the customer support phone number and spoke to Dennis. He informed me that I must have checked the terms and conditions when I placed the order which would allow Retinolla to set my account to allow 30 day refills. I asked to have those terms and conditions emailed to me. Under article 10. AutoRefill Program Policies:, that there is a sentence that states 'To cancel your enrollment in AutoRefill, please and the sentence is not finished. Between the page broke that allows you to cancel the autorefill and the unfinished sentence in the terms and conditions of how to cancel the autorefill, it seems that they are being deceptive to their customers and making it as difficult as possible to cancel this product.
