I ordered a Power Massager through instargram as a Christmas Gift on December 17, 2019 die 74,99. The paid 12.99 for expedited shipping of 3 to 7 days. It is now December 28th, and the item has still not arrived. The company created a FEDEX Shipping Label, but when I track it, it still says that the information has not been received by FEDEX. The company first responded with an email suggesting that they are very busy and can't get to things right away. I looked up the company on sitejabber.com and now know that this has happened to many others.
