I was supposed to be selling training on how to build a website, for which I would receive a commission. I paid $10,000 for this passive income opportunity, creation my website and management of my account, plus potentially any "proprietary software.") I discovered that my website to entice others to purchase training to build websites was a generic WordPress page with some text. I made very little money. Instead, money was being processed through my account. Because someone authorized my personal guaranty instead of just my LLC, I was sued for over $9,000 by a third party. My LLC's bank account was mismanaged and overdrawn by my "business manager" at Reigning Products and I had to pay for it. Now I'm out $10,000 for this "opportunity" and potentially $9,000 more for the law suit. The company has ghosted me.
