I Made A Purchase On April 7th For 2 Shirts. On April 7th At 2144 I Received An Email That My Items Had Shipped. On April 8th I Received An Email From One Of The Managers Thanking Me. Also, On April 8th I Received An Email From ShopRunner Stating My Items Shipped. However, I Cannot Track My Items. On April 27th I Sent An Email Inquiring About My Items And I Have Yet To Receive A Response. Do Not Support This Company Because They Are Scamming People.

This company advertises on social media platforms as an apparel company specializing in clothing for Brown and Black people. They advertise that their company will ship your order in 3-5 business days, no refunds, and will respond to complaints within 24-48 hours. Well I ordered a shirt on 19 January 2021 and paid for the shirt. Since then I have conacted them several times via their webpage as well as Facebook. When I went to their page on FB I noticed that there were a lot of comments under one particular post so I read them. All of the posts were exactly like mine. They were people complaining about this company taking their money but never delivering the products. Now if you go to their website, you cannot request any info about your order anywhere. There is no number to contact and there is no email address to contact. You can only reach them by social media and no one responds to those pages either. I just want my money or my product.
