I do have screen shots of the email. I received an email thanking me for my recent purchase. there was an attachment of an invoice for Norton Life-Lock for the amount of $599.99. I called the 1-888 number and what sounded like a man with an Indian accent answered. He sounded professional but red flags went off, so I told him I have never purchase Norton products and he kept telling me I or someone in my household ordered Norton and I told him to cancel it then. He wanted me to download an app called anydesk to my phone. I looked it up to see what kind of app it was. I have canceled stuff in the past before and never have been asked to download anything just to cancel. I told the man I was going to call the Better Business Bureaus and that to someone there then I was going to call him back. He hung up on me. I wanted to reach out just in case they get a hold of someone who may believe this guy and get robbed.
