I thought I was purchasing a plane ticket. I paid for the ticket and then received an email saying Rehlat was unable to make the purchase but they would refund my money in 10-15 business days. I received this email May 24 2023 today is now July 5 2023 and I have not received any reimbursement. I have called their customer service countless times and asked to speak with a Manager they said I would get a call back within 48 hours, I never have. Finally they tell me they will have the financial department give me a reason for the delay within 24 hours via email but no email shows up including in my spam folder. Perhaps sometimes they do sell plane tickets, their online presence is BIG. Although if there is an error or a double booking they have no way or interest of refunding and they don’t seem to care. Every time I call customer service they act as is I should be thanking them for their help. This isn’t helpful and leaves me concerned about all my personal information which I gave them.
