I was contacted by Registration Center, LLC via email to update/renew my SAM status with the federal government. I completed the online registration process and paid $797 for two years of coverage. Registration Center, LLC said that they would provide me with the standard letter that I would need to have notarized on my company letterhead. They said that after I got the letter notarized, I would be able to upload the letter into their server, and that they would forward the information to the SAM entities. But after I got the letter notarized and uploaded the letter into their server, they did not forward the information to the SAM entities. I called and emailed them several times and received no response. My SAM status would have expired, but I decided to start the process from the beginning with a different company.

I suspect that "Stephanie" (the name on the outgoing voicemail when I called Registration Center, LLC) does not exist.
