I received a voicemail from 734-203-0295 claiming that there is pending litigation against me and to contact 855-252-2074. They provided me with a case number. When I contacted this company they claimed there was pending litigation against me. They claimed it was for a small debt that I had already paid off a year prior. I asked for the individual's name (Dennis Stone). The Company name he provided was Region Litigation but flat out refused to provide their address stating that they do not provide that because they only work with corporation. He wanted me to agree to a payment and when I said that I already made a payment but wanted more information he first talked over me then hung up on me. I called back asking for the supervisor. The lady claiming this role stated that that I was now in 'refusal to pay' and was going to court. I tried REPEATEDLY to get information from this woman. She only responded by continually speaking over me, then told me 'see you in court'. When I explained that I no longer lived in the state she said 'well then you are failing to appear'. Call me Susan, but I believe I need to be SERVED FIRST before I can fail to appear. I tried calling back several times to obtain more information and was not allowed to speak and was told I was going to court. The lady finally accused ME of harassment.
