I've received a phone call from a male with an indian accent by the name Regina Ruble discussing that I've been selected to received a government grant for $7,849. Then they told me in order to receive the money, I have to make a transaction of $240. The biggest mistake that I did was paying the $240 through money gram and gave them my debit card number. After they received my money through money gram, they gave me a number to contact a man name David Miller who claims he work for the Federal Reserve Bank to make a final step to receive the grant money. I contacted David Miller and he said that I will received my grant money and the $240 if I make another transaction of $659. It rang the bell that this was a scam. I asked to have my money back and they refused my request.
