My order number is 15479 ordered since Jan/02/2021 spent 132 dollars for 3 items. I would get no updates noticed their website is down and the Instagram hasn't been updated since April of last year. It's hard to say don't order from them they're scammers.

I purchased two shirts totaling $54 on 12-28-2020 I would email them every month for an update til this day 6-19-21 I haven’t received anything not even an email back. SCAM COMPANY don’t waste your time or money. There’s no excuse for a 6+month delay.

I purchased $73 dollars from them in November 2020 and received my items somewhat delayed but still received them so I ordered again February 25th 2021 $53 and only got my order confirmation number in an email and never heard from them again after sending email after email I finally gave up in may

I purchased $73 from them once back in November 2020 and received the T-shirt I had ordered so oblivious ordered again February 25th 2021 $55 and haven’t heard from them since received my order confirmation email and that’s it I emailed them every week until may and never received a response.

Pretty much the same experience as everyone else - they used the pandemic as an excuse for the prolonged shipping and eventually just stopped emailing back. I only paid $31 dollars and don't really care anymore but it's the fact that they're still up and running and probably still scamming people today. Avoid this store at all cost. Might I also recommend failing a complaint with the FTC if you were also scammed.

My boyfriend purchased a hoodie for me back in December 2020. We got the run around just like everyone else on this forum. Several emails and DM’s on Instagram of them sayin go the same thing, COVID is causing delays, and my order is next up for delivery. Obviously I will never get the hoodie he ordered me but I just want to Davis everyone that they are apparently closing their Instagram page and website under the name Reggaton Store and have now opened a new Instagram page and website called “Perreo Merch Co”. Beware when buying from them because they will scam you!

I'm glad i came across this forum because i ordered a few shirts last year when they were named reggeaton tienda that actually did arrive. but now the website is down and is changed to reggeaton store. after reading all of these comments i wont be ordering from them.

Hi, I've ordered for 49$ of t-shirt in January, and it's the exact same story than the others on this page : never received it, complained a lot of times and every time they told me to be more patient and to wait. It's 28th of may 2021 and still nothing, after 5 mails exchanged.
They just screwed me over. They didn't ask for any phone number for the delivery or anything, it's just a fake shop.

You can also see it on Instagram, they blocked all the commentary of their publications just so nobody can't critic and say the truth about the brand. I've denounced them and it would be great if everybody could do it !

I bought a crewneck for $55 on December 5th 2020 and I knew COVID was going to be an issue for it being late, but the months starting going by and now till this day May 24th 2021 I still not have received my purchase. Yes I did contact them multiple time the first time I contacted them was on December 23 2020 asking about the crewneck and they just told me sorry due to COVID our business is running slower but will ship your order within 10 - 15 business days which I understood so I told them it’s okay I’ll wait. The second time was on February 1st 2021 and they told me the almost the exact same thing but added that their staff was reduced 60% so I waited.the 3rd time I I asked about my order was on March 23rd and they told me the exact same thing so I waited.I asked on may 15th 2021 for a refund and they have not responded till this day May 24th 2021. I’m filing fraud on them with my bank right now to get my money back since they don’t respond to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY HERE.

I first came across Reggaeton Tienda now called Reggaeton Store (probably because they have already been reported) on Instagram. They were paying for sponsored ads. They have a really legit looking website/social media presence. They make it seem like they really are legit.

I made my purchase for a hoodie on Cyber Monday, Nov. 30th, 2021. I was supposed to receive my hoodie in 3-5 business days. I had forgotten about the order for about 2 weeks and sent them an email to get a status update.

I received a timely response, which angers me because whoever created this scam is doing a great job at it.

Here is the first email response I received

"Hi Abby! We hope you are doing well.

It is very important for us to always help you!

We want to let you know that your order is being processed.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We are working our hardest to get your order shipped in the next few days!

Please stay in touch with us! We will always be glad to give you updates on the status of your order.

Thank you! Have a great week."

Fast forward 2 more weeks (Dec. 27th), I follow up again and they say its currently in production and it should be shipped out in the next few days.

Now 7 weeks after I placed the order, I follow up again and receive this.

"Hi Abby! How are you? We hope you are doing well!

We are sorry for the wait; your order is currently in production!

We want to explain that the reason behind our delay is that we are working with a long delay since we have reduced 60% of our staff in order to take the necessary measures to protect the lives of our employees.

In addition to that, our supplier is having the same delay as us and this is another reason why the orders are taking so long. But don't worry! Your package will be shipped soon. We are estimating a maximum of 10-15 days, but we believe it is going to be less than that. We are a small business and the pandemic has really affected us.

If you have any doubts or concerns, you can check out our Instagram Stories and see that there are hundreds of happy customers who receive their packages every day. We also have a reviews section so you know we are a real store: https://reggaeton.tienda/pages/reviews.

We would like to apologize again for this whole situation, we hope that this health crisis ends soon so we can take the fast course that we have always had and get back on track.

Feb. 6th, 2021 I follow up again and asked for my money back. This is what I receive...

Time after time the response is different yet the same.

From what I have seen, they have people posting their clothing products on Instagram and on their website to make it look legit. They have had reviews state they bought their clothes over Christmas and love it. If that's true, then where is my hoodie?

I have tried so many times to either get what I paid them for or my money back.

They have a feature on their website where you can go to get the status of your order. I did that and guess what? My order was not found. That was the final straw for me.

I understand $45 isn't a lot of money, but its the fact of the matter that they are scamming many many people AND using Covid-19 as an excuse to do so??

They hide negative reviews online so they look like such a great store to shop at. I want to shut them down.

This store has scammed me, and several other customers for money. They sell clothing and accessories online. I purchased items from them in January 2021, it’s currently almost May 2021 as I write this. I tried to get in contact with them several times and ask for a refund, but they denied me and claimed that they’re experiencing issues “due to covid”. But they never got back in contact with me. My order isn’t even found anymore when I try to track it. Several other customers are writing the same thing on their social media, but they just end up blocking the people that keep commenting about their money being stolen from them. They’re stealing money from people and they need to be shut down. There are people that have paid hundreds of dollars to this company with no end products.

I purchased t shirts through their Instagram page in February. Have never received items or even a tracking number. When I tried to request a refund or ask about my items I get ignored. There is very little contact information fir the “business”. Several other negative posts in their Instagram page suggest this happens often.
