Im in the process of finding work through indeed. An Alessandra Ravetti reached out to me via email to schedule an interview over skype which was very short notice. The interview took place entirely over skype instant message to which all questions were answered and I was informed I was hired for $30 per hour on a remote medical records collector. I could work from anywhere and make my own hours as long as it was in the given range of 30-40 hours per week. Was told that an echeck would be sent in order to purchase the equipment needed and she asked for basic information such as address phone number and email. This was sent to [email protected]. I was then told that they would be in touch tomorrow in the form of emailing over paperwork. I then did research and found the companies Facebook posting from 2018 reporting fake job postings. They had mentioned to a user in the comments that they will never conduct interviews through instant message. I sent the company an email to confirm that this was a fake posting. I also looked on linkedin for the VP that talked to me. She is real and does hold that position. However based off of other consumer reports this appears to be a scam.
