Bought weight station ( lifting weight’s) for grandkids. Item did not arrive as scheduled. Texted first time and ([email protected]) responded in short about order it processed correctly and would arrive I 7 days along with tracking number.. However was not same address as receipt and went to Kentucky. Notified company in a timely fashion only to have company notify me that it had been delivered few days later. Wrote company again that I did not receive my package it had gone to Kentucky and not Indiana only to be informed package was delivered. Wrote again with copy of receipt clearly indicating addresses were not alike and in different states. Again only to receive email package had been delivered! Looked address up and took a screen shot of what appears to be a private residence and sent a new email and screenshot along with asking for a refund. “Shahomen@ outlook.com” ( this is who answers when emailing website “ [email protected]) that ok refund process would begin. That has been weeks ago! Have a long string of emails and replies!
