Regal had promised me a job and asked for 35000 cad as fees, an advance of 5200 CAD was given, when I contacted the employer I was told that there is no job, they can only run my payroll and I would need to ay them 900 CAD per month for that separate from the 25000 cad I was paying them via regal immigration. When the deal fell through, regal had not even signed a retainer agreement and kept 2000 cad, which they had agreed to refund.
