Website offers products that say buy now. But your actually buying into a survey site to earn points towards the purchase of the item you already paid for. Scam.

They show your products that you pay for but never get. And after you pay they say you have to collect points. Lost my account info and they would never get me back in. Etc.

The website (Refurbished Warehouse) offers 'refurbished' products at an extreme discounted rate. The discounted rate seems legit because you have to do some groundwork before you receive the product. The products on offer are a variety of electronics such as playstation's, Iphone's and the like. The reason the products are so low in price is because part of the contract is for the customer to fill out surveys, write articles or purchase from affiliate sites. By doing so, the customer earns points which build up towards the product point total designated for your ordered product ( playstation = 300 points). Once the customer has accumulated the total points volume, they can redeem the points for the product and the product will be sent out within 2 business days. That is of course, if they allow you to reach the total points volume or if they ever send the products. I have had a total of 290 points since November, 2017 and have filled out 2 lengthy surveys without receiving my 10 points for each which would have allowed my to redeem for my product of 300 points. However, it seems that others have also experienced the same unethical misconduct by this company. Others claim that even after doing the surveys and writing articles and achieving the points necessary to receive their purchased products, nothing would be delivered and excuses would be given when and if contact could be established.

You can not get a hold of the business, no direct information, email responses are automated and do not answer anything you may have asked.

Went to their website which claims you can get a refurbished iPhone 6 for 119.95. submitted my bank information and payment was taken out a few days later. Two weeks past and I thought I would track my package and see how it was coming when I log back into the website a different window came up saying I needed to complete surveys and essays in order to redeem accumulate points to complete my purchase which was not mentioned when purchasing. I tried contacting the company through their website which only gives an automated response and nobody ever gets back to me I've tried completing their essays and surveys to redeem my" points" only to have them say that my essay is not valuable. It's been almost 6 months and I've gotten nowhere with them and I am still out 119.95.
