I found this company online and ordered electronic equipment. I ordered an XBox1S for my son. I gave my debit card number. $40. the funds were deducted from my account. I was to receive the product in two to five days. I never received the product. I spoke with someone on the phone she was very vague about the details and never called me back. I requested to speak with a supervisor. I cancelled the debit card. Their phone number is 585-298-9597.

This website says you can purchase an iphone 6s refurbished for 39.95. I decided to go through with it. Once the purchase was made it took me to another part of the website and then stated i must complete 300 points worth of subscriptions and surveys in order to get the iphone. When i contacted costumer service they refused a refund and stated that the terms of service I agreed to states that. There are no terms of service listed anywhere on this website. Not in email not on the website itself, when I tried to log back in to check my personal point page, the website blocked my email and I am unable to log in even with the password reset. So now I am unable to get a refund, or log into my website, or view terms of service. There is no response to phone calls or emails. They respond with one email stating that I agreed to terms of service, when clearly there are none.
