My father bought an item he saw advertised on Facebook. He was charged for multiple items for a total of $288. The company, Moyess, that charged his card says Las Vegas Nevada on his statement. On the website the address given for this company is actually a residential address in Las Vegas. When I reached out to the company to request a refund I was given an address in China to ship this package to which I told I would be responsible for the cost prior to getting a refund. I was now afraid my father was truly being scammed so I reached out to FedEx twice, once through Facebook and then called the international shipping number to verify this address before I spend money on international shipping. FedEx says they can't verify the address because it's too long to be a legitimate address and it's partial addresses from around China. We are now disputing the charges with the bank but this company is a legitimate scam.
