I informed him I had never used Geek Squad or any of their services/3rd party services. I also didn't have a personal computer that had been charged in the past for computer services from them in ORDER to be eligible for a refund.
He instantly began to repeat "[censored] YOU FAIRY" to me and then proceeded to hang up on me.
Stated he was in New York, gave a zip code for New Orleans and had a phone number from Nebraska
