I have received two calls from a person to talk about refinancing a loan, but the call is coming from a number listed as Katharine Donohue and is 308-336-3235. It is an actual person on the phone, not an auto dial type call. I believe he said he was with USA Refinance, but I really can't remember. I received calls on January 29, 2018 at 11:45 AM CST and February 1, 2018 at 11:00 am CST. It worries me that this Katharine Donohue may not know they are using her phone number so people will pick up the phone.
