Referring Others has an impressive website and when you email Todd Anderson or text him about their services they are very helpful. They have a contract ready for you to sign and put "pressure" on you to send them money along with signing the contract. After you sign the contract they decide not to follow up on anything. I have tried multiple times with emails, phone calls, and text messages about following up. I have opened up a dispute with the bank since they have not responded back to my request to get my money back.
