I ordered a face product online and it never came and I can see that is has never shipped either. There is no tracking number available.

I found an ad on Facebook for a beauty product. I followed the add to the website and placed an order for the product. I never got a confirmation email so I emailed their support email a few days after I placed the order to confirm my order. They apologized for the delay in shipping and they offered to issues me a refund of $5 and said it would be back in my account in 3-20 days. 2 weeks after that email exchanged I emailed them again as I never got the product. They offered another $6 refund and gave me a false tracking number. I did some additional research and found that they most likely are a scam.
