This place values profits and relationships with their business partners more than their customers. We did not receive their advertised financing offer of 4.49% through Hyundai Financial Services on a 72 mo loan on our new Hyundai Sonata despite having credit scores of 785 and 799 respectively. Rather, we received a rate of 7.89% through the dealer with a partner lender of theirs, BOA. Contacting HFS rendered absolutely nothing and deferred to dealer. After 4 days of trying to contact dealer and receiving absolutely nothing in return, it took a threat to ownership to have their financial guy finally call me then proceed to brashly just say too bad and act as if they didn't even know about the financing from their very own Hyundai Financial Services. I guess this is the epitome of why dealerships have the reputation they do but I believe they in particular are misleading and distrustful and the foundation of their business is unscrupulous and in disregard for their clients.
