I purchased 500$ worth of furniture from them in February (6th) of 2021, he assured me it would be 4-6 weeks, we’re 23 weeks out now and I stopped receiving all information and he will not reply any longer.

I ordered a dresser in October of 2020. I was advised that due to COVID shipping would take a little longer which I completely understood. They estimated a few months. A few months went by with still no dresser. I called the company on numerous occasions. I was told that my order was cancelled however I never cancelled the order and I was never notified nor did I ever receive any money back. They said that my dresser was in the warehouse and they would get it shipped immediately. Approximately one month later I received my dresser however it was damaged. It has a huge scratch on the top, several dents with the color gone off the dresser and broken on the back side. I immediately called Reece Furniture. The lady advised me to take pictures and email them in. I did just that. I kept calling and inquiring as to where my new dresser was. I asked the company for a refund. They could come and get the dresser and I wanted a refund. I have been waiting till October 2020 and this issue is still not resolved. Reece Furniture finally did get me an estimated ship date of May 28, 2020. Once again no dresser. I have called them for them to only advise that my dresser now will not be here till August. No exact date or nothing. It will be close to a year by then. When you call the company you have to leave messages after messages with no call back. The only way they respond is sometimes through email and if you write on their facebook page. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will get a junk piece of furniture, no refund and makes promises that they cant and do not fulfill. In the last email they advised me that I need to check out several articles online about a shortage in furniture due to COVID. They also quoted this "Like NY Times writer - Rohan Kaysen said, it requires us to be patient until we get what we need or want." I have been more than patient. I want a refund and will never deal with this company again.
