I ordered a pair of "Hand Knitted Wool Nordic Mittens with Owls" from Redrosese, but the mittens they sent to me look nothing like the ones shown on their website. I eventually discovered that Redrosese stole a photo of mittens that someone else sells on Etsy.com. Redrosese uses that photo on their website, but the mittens they make are poor-quality counterfeits of the originals. I contacted Redrosese and demanded a refund, but they said they would only refund my money if I shipped the mittens back to China at my own expense. Of course, the cost of shipping a package to China is very high — close to the amount I originally paid for the mittens plus shipping — so it's not worth it to return the mittens for a refund. I hope other people read about my experience before they too get scammed by Redrosese.
