Total scam and I knew it as soon as I was told to send money to “buy my own materials” whenever a job hires you it’s the employers job to provide everything for you. SCAM! An employee always provides you your materials ! Remember this

Fake Job Offer!

Apparently they found my resume online as I am searching for a job. William Richard (Recruiter) Said I was selected for an interview. Contacted by Jennifer Wilson (HR) by Signal Secure Text messenger, and conducted a fairly routine interview even though it was text only. Of course I got the job offer, and was sent an email from Cynthia Coco ([email protected]) with a check for $4,700 to deposit so I could purchase the necessary software and equipment. I should have noticed it didn't come from redflow.com or that the check had nothing to do with them. It went through, then they asked me to Zelle $1,000 to a Vendor named Auttum Mitchener ([email protected]) who would install the software and send me the computer. Luckily for me USAA blocked the transfer and called me.
