This was a door to door sales at my home, a man came to my home and asked if he could like at my utility bill from TXU, he said he can take Oncor off to lower my bill, he said his crew would come in my house and go in my attic and check my meeter, he alos said I could get a new roof if I needed one. He was saying everything was free. I spoke with Oncor and they informed in order for me to get the panels on the roof I would have to pay $1600.00 in advance. The man that came to my house told me they would put a new door bell on my door so I can see who was at my door. Not a ring door bell but just a cemera and it would work on my cell phone and he would show me how to use it. He informed he set an appt and on my property if the trees need to be trimmed they could do that too. I canceled the appt. He also told me he would have a $100.00 gift card. He said he did not have it with him, when my daughter asked him for a business card he said he did not have it on him. He took a picture of me holding the card. The gift card. When I told him I cancelled the apt, he said he is going to come by and pick up the gift card, he did not come back and pick up the card.
