In December, my husband ordered a pair of skiing goggles from this website. It is now almost March with no merchandise. I've tried to contact the merchant several times. The first time someone got on the chat online with me and said to check my email that all the information was in there, but when I stated that I had received no such email, there was no response. I've tried, unsuccessfully, several times since that initial contact and there is never a response from the chat box. There was an e mail provided at the time of purchase, I also emailed that email and again, no response. There is also no contact information on the website other than an email address - the site is obviously fake.
