Started an order last November, did the lay a way plan because we wanted to get it for our children for the Christmas in 2022- Since we had to move to a area that we dont have the space for each child to have a 4 wheeler and a go kart for our niece. In total we ordered 3 4 wheelers and 1 go kart. Requested the refund from what we had paid so far. Was advised of 10% cancelation fee, which was totally fine. Waited waited and waited. Nothing. Contacted them on Monday was told someone would call back within 24 hours. Waited 24 hours and reached out again, was told that the accountant Department was closed and would need to call back next day. Attempted to contact a 3rd time, was told to hold while they looked into this, waited on hold for over 30 minutes and still no response.

I bought a 200cc Dong Fang from them almost two months ago and the scooter has done nothing but fall apart since I got it. Firstly, the cage it was shipped in was all dented up and I couldn't even get the scooter out the right way. Second, from the very first time I started it the lights didn't work. Then all of the rivets around my muffler fell out and I had to replace that. When I contacted them they said they could only ship me the replacement when I paid for the shipping. I'm not responsible for any shipping costs, I paid that when I bought a bike that I expected to work. After that cam the carburetor, the bike kept shutting off for no reason and I had to replace that. Then just the other night the lights decided they didn't want to turn on anymore. Big surprise there. And then yesterday morning I went out to start it and nothing. I thought it might be the battery but it wasn't, I replaced the battery and it still won't start. I've already spent close to a $1,000 dollars replacing parts on a brand new bike since I've had it. And Redfoxpowersports doesn't do anything. Happy my sister works for a law firm because the next thing I'm going to do is sue them!

I was to finance hammerhead 150 after 1500 down 2500 they didn't give paper work mailed q loan doc for 8999.00THE LOAN COMPANY HAS CANCELLED AND I TAKING IT BACK BY THE WSS HAD LESS THAN 1 MONTH TWO BAD STARTERS.I WANT EVERY PENNY BACK.EROUNOUS FEES CHARGED DECEPTION.I WAS TOKD NO REFUND POLICY.I AM TGE ONE.I WILL TELL TGE WORLD AS THIS HAS HURT MY CHILD.I SAVED A YEAR TO GET THIS AND WAS LIED CHEATED .JUST HURT.

Same song second verse as well. Parts were either not correct for my make and model or were machined badly. No customer service help. Lost just under $1500. My purchase was also online. I’ll be meeting with my bank to see what my financial options may be.

Ran into the same issue with the 50cc model of the same moped. Same issues with customer service also. Good luck to you

Purchased the 150 Super Scooter on Apr 10, scooter arrived Apr 19. I was email a tracking number for the MSO but it never showed it being sent to the post office. After several weeks of daily e-mails they finally gave me a link to request a replacement MSO . Constant lies that was to be sent the next day. I finally got disgusted and demanded they send it. I got a reply "STOP EMAILING ME." YOUR EMAIL IS NOW BLOCKED!" "STOP HARASSING ME!" I contacted my credit card company and requested a charge back on that purchase. The next day I got email that the MSO was being sent priority the next day. Wednesday. Tracking showed it was not, email again- to be sent Thursday. Nothing Thursday. Finally received the MSO May 10. All of this aggravation over mailing a piece of paper. Now they have called me on the phone and demanded I stop the charge-back. Ridiculous you have to threaten them with charge back before they will do anything. The company refuses to answer the phone. email is the only way to correspond with them.

this company is a scam they won't send the money title or bill of sale I've received the moped on 04/15/21 still haven't received any title or bill of sale yet, I paid 1,089.85 and have a yard ornament

I purchased a 250cc scooter that was supposed to be legal in all states. I bought in the state of NJ and they would not register the scooter because the VIN # does not show up in anyone's database. Please continue to contact this company until they resolve our issues. Let's tie up the phonelines with our complaints so they are unable to conduct their business. When you call they will hang up on you, but just call back 50 times. If everyone does this they will be unable to conduct their business. Hours are Pacific Time 9:30am-12noon then 3pm-5pm. Phone is 877-266-2148. I called them 61 times today. They hung up on me 60 times and picked the phone on lucky 61. Speak to Jimmy the [censored] owner.

I paid this company $1785 for a Hawk 250 cc and I got nothing but a run around. I called my credit card company and told them I think I was scammed. They are terrible' I would never buy from them again. NEVER,

The company known as RedFox Powersports is a scam company licensed by the California DMV . Their license number is 01347 and the license is held under CRT Motor Inc. If you want to stop the scam this is what you need to do. Please don't buy from them, you're wasting your money!

I purchased a 125cc Four Wheeler for my son for Christmas. They shipped it to me in time. Expected to be able to put it together fairly easy Christmas Eve. NO INSTRUCTIONS! NO MANUAL! Thank God for my son in law he knew about Four Wheelers. We did what we could til 5a. Woke up and we're back at it until four PM he had to reroute the fuel to get the gas flowing properly so that it would start. I contacted them asking for a Product Specific Manual and a partial refund due to the hardships and lack of information to put their product together. I was sent an email informing me that they would not be doing anything due to in the description of the product online in small writing it "suggests" a professional mechanic and it has an instruction manual but it is pictures. When they addressed my request for an Owner's Manual, I was basically told that they do not have "Individual" Manuals all Four Wheelers have ONE Manual because they have the same style and basic parts and don't need one therefore a "General Owner's Manual" is sent with all Four wheelers. Do not buy from this company. They are not friendly and are not willing to admit they are running an extremely Shady "Just Enough" Business.

Most complaints are criminal, and a total known rip off by CEO and criminal employees! You might want to try to learn to spell at least two letter words to make this more believable

I purchased a go kart buggy for my son for Christmas. It doesn't start. I finally got thru to sales girl and she was very rude and hung up on me. I kept calling and got thru to parts guy finally. He told me it's not there problem that the go kart was shipped broken. These people should be put out of business, they are blatantly scamming and ripping people off. What a shame that a USA company is doing this to people. It's disgusting and shameful.

Ordered my son an ATV 50 cc for this Christmas. It was ordered on 11/24/20. When I received it through delivery, it had 3 flat tires, brake handle broken off, steering column bent so bad you cannot turn the wheels ( I paid extra for full assembly). It looked like someone through it down a hill, tried to re-wrap, then deliver to me as a quality product. I contacted company and their customer service is a joke. Closing tickets and telling me I have to pay to return and MAYBE they will refund my money? It was sent in a non-working condition to no fault of my own and now they want me to pay to return and maybe I get my full refund? I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to pursue this matter as I see there has been over 102 complaints filed against this company. My next step is contacting the Attorney General in CA. Worst part is I could not give to my son for Christmas. Worst company ever.

Never pay with credit card or checking go with the financing u have whole better chance of getting your money back

Did you ever get your money or product? I am dealing with this now! I ended up sending my engine for repair as I bought to quads for my sons for Christmas and they would never run. I now can’t get a hold of them and they have my engines!

We purchased a 3 wheel 50cc moped 5 weeks ago. They charged our card, sent the product, and it has been non functional since. It has never even been on the road! We have attempted to call numerous times, always busy and then you get disconnected. Web site does not work. They sent random replacement part and the machine is still not functioning. We get an e mail response assigning us to an agent, and then no follow up. They have our money, we have a unit that does not work. I feel they are trying to wear out our warranty time frame, and have no intention of making this right. We are out $1800.00!!!

I purchased the bd125-10 (a small motorcycle with a 125cc engine) from Redfox Powersports about three weeks ago now. I payed $1099.99 with an additional $240 for shipping and handling.

The bike arrived 80% assemble, as agreed upon. I assembled the rest of the bike, which included the rear suspension shock, the front tire, and handle bars.

After adding fluids to the bike and getting it running I soon realized that the shift peddel was stuck in first gear alot and I often had a hard time switching in between gears. I discovered it was something internally wrong with the gear box.

I filed a warrenty claim about a week after the bike arrived. They told me that I could either take the engine off the bike and send it to them to be repaired or I could return the bike for a refund but I would have to pay for shipping.

I argued with this company's employees many times about the fact that they sold me a bike that doesnt work and they continued to hang up on me and ignore my phone calls and Skype requests.

After getting nowhere with the company I decided to cut my losses and return the bike and loose $500 dollars in shipping. However, I then discovered that there are many more victims, like me, who have bought from this company and recieved a product that was not as advertised. Some of these people had even stated returning their product and never receiving their refund.

So currently I have filed a claim with my credit card company for fraudulent behavior and am hoping to receive my refund in the near future.

In the meantime, I am requesting that you launch an investigation into these criminals so that noone else ever has to go through this again with these people.

Oh my God, after reading all this I'm not buying nothing from these people unbelievable how do they stay in business? They're in California that explains a lot the land of stupid

Please let me know how your lawsuit is going, I would love to help get these criminals in jail and the company closed so they can no longer scam people. I am kind of glad that they have not shipped my bike yet

I have been scammed by these people also. They shipped me a defective DongFang 300CC scooter for 2465 $ and it burned all electric parts when I tried to start it.

After 2 mechanics and another 1000 $ spent on repairs the bike will not work. Red Fox Powersports tells me they are not responsible for anything other than parts and no mechanic in the are will touch a DongFang vehicle.

Do not purchase from these people they are scamming you of money and you will be left feeling robbed.

They do not answer calls or emails, their support is non-existent. You think you are buying a vehicle but you are expected to learn to repair a motorcycle. Not ride it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! This place is complete trash and will scam you out of your money. If i could rate negative stars they would have all of them in the universe. Please save your time, energy, and most definitely money, and spend it somewhere else. What type of company doesn’t send an email confirmation after ordering???? Scammers that’s who!! The customer service is beyond horrible, matter of fact you will never receive any service after spending money here. Experienced issues with a brand new 125cc 2x4 atv purchased from here, only to not receive any help be contacted. I've called several times during business hours, received an automated message to call back during business hours. They claim to be busy helping other customers all day ( complete lie), cant never talk to a real person. I've submitted a help ticket and the next day received an email that my ticket status was closed. No one responded, called, emailed, or contacted me PERIOD so how is my ticket closed and my million issues unresolved. I've done LIVE chat only to have JONA end my chat session after I told her about the issue I'm having, but she was quick to respond to my first question regarding the warranty. Everything about this company is a LIE, the first is having satisfied customers, all they care about is stealing your money and delivering lemons that will eventually not work properly. Tried to fill out the complaint form on the website, guess what received and error after submitting, this is a complete joke. I don't see how this place is still in business. Please check all reviews on their website and facebook page before purchasing. They refuse to help several customers after they experience issues buying items from this website. This business should be sued, and completely shut down. Most importantly a lawsuit should be filed against them for compensation for anyone that made a purchase.
