Fake tracking is below. Emails back and forth with company and someone going by the name of Fanny.

We checked the tracking details and it shows that the package has been delivered. In this case, we can provide the tracking numberFLY837763920, and you can check the status of the package through the following URL: www.track718.com/en. The post office information is under the country, you can go to the nearest post office to find your package.

I have emailed and messaged repeatedly and they tell me it was delivered and I think are using a fake delivery site, it is called customer care vip. they tell me to go to the post office, etc, which is rediculous
