The person listed above ask for the following:
A completed version of the attached PDF they sent me, which included My first and last name , potential start date, the state I reside in, my email address, my phone number, and the position that I applied for also I was asked about my internet speed and to send a screen shot of my internet speed through a link they send to me via email. They also asked for a screen shot of my computer specifications which is my computer system information all to see if I meet the requirements, however I never heard back from them after completing the following.
