It’s a chinese co named Manner Trading Co. Unlimited. They overcharged me and claimed it was a system error. I assumed it was a scam and requested a full refund the day I ordered. They refunded only the overcharge ($10). I insisted they refund the rest ($39.97) and they immediately said they shipped the item and have NOT refunded the money. And retracted their original ($10) credit from my account. They now owe me $48.97 and I don’t want their item, as I canceled the order and requested a refund BEFORE they shipped the product.
