Someone in Washington (probably in Siberia) claiming to be working for ARRA contacted me about being approved to receive a Federal grant. They said qualify for a $9,000 federal grant but they needed 200 in order to receive the money. The scammers also ask that this 'fee' to be paid via MoneyGram or Western Union. They gave me a grant money approval code of jk157. The scammer told me to call 260 207 4450 and give the code in order to receive instructions on how to get the money grant. This is surely a scam, you don't need to provide any account information or personal information in order to receive a grant.
