I first contacted this company after losing my tablet in the DFW airport. I was asked to pay a 29.99 fee in order to have help in finding my tablet. I was directed to a paypal website and entered my information. I have received no contact, no confirmation email, nothing. It was only after I entered my information in the website that I realized this company has nothing to do with the actual airport, which is weird because it is the first hit on google search. There is no way of contacting this company. No phone, only an email which does not connect through. Please research this company because they are stealing peoples money. Looking later I read the reviews of dozens of people who got ripped off. This company is a fraud.

As someone who works at an airport lost and found this site does NOT have the access to find your list property for you. They make you submit a claim for a fee then get all the information they need to be able to claim the item as theirs and steal it, should they choose to. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. The information for contacting the airport & security lost and found is on the website, use only that information. We have heard of too many people being scammed.
