They almost got me too

I was contacted by a guy named Robert Srinath. He randomly texted me and said the company had seen my resume and was interested in me. He said I could make $38 an hour as an administrative assistant. That was a red flag. He told me I had to download the telegram app and wanted to do an interview with me through there. That seemed very strange. He talked very oddly to me the whole time. I could tell something was off though. Thankfully I saw all these reviews before I gave away any personal info.

They Just tried to get Me!

I have been filling out a lot of remote job applications so when I heard back from Reckitt I was really excited. A person named Tiffany Williams contacted me and told me to download telegram messenger which was weird to me but I did. Once I began messaging this Ranjay guy I knew it was a scam because who conducts an interview over messenger?! Anywho once I called him out on it he stopped replying.

The person that texted me was Tiffany Williams and as soon as they mentioned the telegram messenger app, I blocked them and then I started searching this situation up and came across this post. Lol I was like $35 an hour? Shoo… that would be awesome. But this is a complete scam.

This is the same as the ones above. I have included screenshots and a docusign letter they wanted me to sign. It was in interview with Ranjay Radhakrihnan and the number you are supposed to add once you download the Telegram App is 1-617-987-4837. Luckily a red flag went off once he was taking too long to respond to my answers. Thankfully I never got to the point of him asking for a check or him sending one to me. I am glad I checked this site. I immediately blocked him. Thank you to everyone who posted! Keep the awareness going!

Scam using Reckitt Company name

Was reached out to for a data entry job. Went along with for a couple seconds because I got my hopes up. (LOL) I was told to download telegram as means for communication. Was pretty sketched out by it all. Wish I would have kept the messages. Name was Ranjay Radhakrishnan. This guy checks out on Reckitt.com website to be a employee for the company. Everything said about the company was vague and numerous grammatical errors.

This is the exact same guy that is currently talking to me about employment. However he has not asked for much personal info and hasn't made many grammatical errors. I felt like it might have been a scam when he wanted to interview me via IM on the telegram app (also i dint think i ever applied for this position. I received a random text). And then when he sent me a check via email that needed to be printed, and then deposited after letting him know I printed it I felt like it could be a scam. What really confirmed my suspicion was when he started getting noticeably irritated with me when I said I couldn't deposit the check for 3 days.

I attended a job fair in Fort Lauderdale, FL and received a text message from a "recruiter" and later was contacted by a "HR manager" who used the name Seth Cohen and said he was from a British Firm Reckitt Benckiser Group plc.

After asking me a few questions for a "position" - he asked for my address to send me a "check".
