Caller stated that I would be receiving medical items, pending a doctor's review. The caller took no payment information but did know my address, phone number, date of birth and said it was no cost to me.

Received lumbar brace, right and left hinged knee braces, 2 progressive knee suspension sleeves and a patient packet. The patient packet asked for payment information and stated I was responsible for dollars not covered.
