This company keeps sending back braces and knee braces to my elderly parents. We keep sending the package back via FedEx. Today, they had Fed Ex deliver yet another package of back and knee braces. The driver told my mother she absolutely had to sign for the package whether she wanted it or not. I once again returned it to Fed Ex. Since she signed for it, we are now expecting this company to send her a bill for these items. I instructed her never ever to sign for another package, never ever to give out personal information or Medicare numbers. If this keeps up, we will get our attorney involved. Funny thing is, this company doesn't even show up online when Googled or on the ScamPulse.com list of companies. I'm guessing it's a shady operation set up in an apartment in Miami.
