I received a letter in the mail from this company which was labeled as an order form, include an ID number, freight number and date. It was mailed to my business address, which is accurate. Claim was a purchase of two boxes of nitrile medical gloves for a total of $1378.00

Advisers to make all checks payable to Legacy medical supplies. I tried calling the phone number listed, which is 866-483-6334, but there was a recorded message and they said that there was nobody who could take the call and that quote all order should be placed via email to [email protected].

I received a invoice in the mail to my small business for nitrile medical gloves -2 units with unit price of 689.00 for a "quoted total" of $1,378.00 with free fed ex shipping listed. It appears to be a invoice as it states total due to $1,378.00 and has a dotted line to detach with "enclosed amount" listed as $1,378.00. I have never ordered from this company and it has a ID number listed on invoice but no account number. I call the telephone number listed (866)483-MEDI which is answered by voicemail saying to the effect that all operators are assisting other callers due to high call volume and they refer you to use their email at [email protected] - this message repeats this you are disconnected. The envolope return is stamped with Legancy medical supplies Healthcare essentals with no return address.

We received a notice in the mail saying we ordered 2 cases of 500 CT nitrile medica gloves on 1/30/2025. Of course we never got the supplies because we never ordered it. We have a system we buy from and this is not a vendor of ours. It is a scam. When you call the # it says there is a high volume of callers and so you have to call back. You can continue to call it and it always says that. It is a scam. Don't pay it.

We received in our USPS mail an unsolicited invoice/bill from this supposed medical supply company- whom we have no record of ever contacting - for 2 boxes of Nitrile gloves at the exorbitant cost of 689.00 a piece for a grand total of 1378.00. We then googled to see that other medical offices have also been targeted the same way. We have not responded to mailed invoice as it is very likely a scam that we have never received said product from anyway.

Our adult family home business has received multiple "invoices" from this company, which at first glance appear to be billing $1,378.00 for Nitrile gloves. We have never done business with them. If you look more closely, it's called an "order form" although it is clearly designed to appear to be an invoice/bill and requests payment for the product. I suspect they occasionally are successful in getting this past the mail room and into accounts payable at larger businesses. :(

Received in the mail on 03/10/2025 an invoice addressed to our company for nitrile medical gloves in the amount of $1,378.00 which our company did not order. The invoice states we ordered two boxes of nitrile gloves, each box containing 500 CT. The invoice shows each box at a cost of $689.00 for a total of $1,378.00 for two boxes purportedly ordered. No one would spend that much for 500 count of gloves. When I called the 1-866-483-MEDI phone number on the invoice, I was not able to leave a voice message to let them know I never ordered these gloves. Their voicemail message states: "We are experiencing a higher than normal call volume..." and then the voice message redirects any questions to their email address: [email protected]. This is a complete SCAM.

The letter appears to be a phishing scam. There is an invoice for $1,378.00 for unsent product. It includes a portion that can be torn away and returned with a check made payable to "Legacy Medical Supplies." The invoice date on the bill received today, March 10, was dated for 1/27/2025. The presentation of a date past due may scare someone into rushing out a payment without realizing that no bill is owing. This complaint comes from Washington state.

Opened a VERY convincing fake invoice for two cases of nitrile medical gloves. Vendor was unknown to me, so I asked other staff. I then determined it was a fake invoice aimed at organizations that don't pay close attention, and staff just pay the bills that come in. It was incredibly deceitful and shady.
