They advertise a 24 hrs.-Only hot sale by an Instagram Ad, we ordered 2 office adjustable desks. The order arrived 24 days later and off course there were not desks but instead two small packages containing 2 harmonicas. The remittent address was Jane - 371 Little Falls Rd Ste 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009. We contacted them by email (emailed to [email protected] and they replied from a [email protected]) to explain what we received were the wrong items, they said the shippers mistook the labels and sent the wrong items. They 'offer' to resent the 'right items' after we return the items back to an address in China (2004, Building 5, Guangming Gangyuan, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China.) or we could keep the items for a 40% discount, which is ridiculous. I checked their website to look for a phone number to call, found out the legitimate company had a warning message about Scam Alert saying their logo and company name had been used illegally and suggested to report them if we bought from them and also invite customer to watch https://www.youtube.com/shorts/vUQkL0NAjuQ. Immediately I call my credit card bank to report those transactions as fraudulent.
