They said it was for a mystery knife box that was 4 dollars but it was 50 and it’s for an audio book luckily i use a gift card so they couldn’t steal information or more money

I ordered an item on September 29, 2023, and on November 1 I received the wrong item that I had ordered. The company blamed the excessive time of shipping on their shipping warehouse and then blamed the fact that I received the wrong item on the warehouse in Singapore. I filed a dispute with my credit card and they reported I had received the item on November 1. When I confronted them that on November 1 was when I received the wrong item and they admitted to me I would have the correct item by November 17. The company told me to stop harassing them and told me that I was scamming them, I have provided all the correspondence to my credit card company and I will get my money back. This is an entirely disreputable company even after seeing their own words and the corresponding facts they still would not admit they had scammed me.

there was an ad posted on Facebook for a remote pool vacuum by Airper. It was listed at 49.99 and much less then the price I had seen before. I paid with a credit card and that process went well. I received an email showing what was ordered and it was paid for. A message said it takes 7- 14 days to receive the product. So I waited then got an email with delivery info and tracking number with Asians writing on it. I could not read it. I kept checking and eventually said it was being delivered. I got a small envelope with a box like a ring case and some useless trinket. I tried to contact their "support department" but never received a return email or refund. I was suspicious early on because of the price and had gone ahead and purchased the item from Amazon. The old saying if its too good to be true, it really is.

I purchased a product that they had on their online store. Everywhere on their site says they are a USA based company. The product was shipped from china. When it arrived, it was not at all what was described. When I tried returning it, they have essentially ghosted me as no one has responded to my request.

Improve it

On June 20, 2023, I purchased an "Antifungal home treatment kit" from the company "ORIONEN" through the "SHOP" app. However, I received a different product than the one I ordered. To address this issue, I contacted the seller via email ([email protected]). In their initial response, they offered to reimburse me 30% of the amount paid and suggested that I either keep or resell the product. I informed them that I wished to return the product for a full refund. Later, they offered a reimbursement of 50% of the amount paid, stating that their boss would not agree to a full refund. I have consistently expressed my desire to return the product as I have no use for it (KD-7910 Blue Light Acne Treatment).

Company posted in Facebook an Asus Laptop. Paid for expedited shipping. Multiple emails back and forth received a tracking number. Instead of receiving a laptop, received a pair of Bluetooth air buds. Sent an email on 7-11-2023 to find out why. Definitely did not provide what was specified on purchase.

I ordered two cement Bird Girl statues ~3ft tall . What I received was. Woman’s gold wire rim sunglasses instead and no help from company as they assume items were delivered.
