Ordered five dresses from Cylindria.com total payment $28.93. When I received the package it was a small scarf with horses on it. Contacted the company and the said Oh we are sorry please use your own money to send the wrong item back that we made a mistake in sending to you. Then the next email stated that they don’t have the item in stock and they can not give me a full refund. The following email stated we can give you only 20% refund for our mistake. Continued this now for fours day the company is trying to negotiate with me to only giving me $10.99 for their mess up and not my full refund.
