I had received an email that my geek squad service charged my account $417. So I called the customer service # and was told I will be refunded but after 2/3 hours of talking, I wore out to tears. So I was told to check my account for the refund, over & over then check my other account (savings) so after 3 hours there was $ 4500 deposited in to my savings! So I was told it is a mistake and now they need to get their money back!! So I was told get dressed drive to CVS and purchase gift cards all the while this guy is on the phone with me from home to car to cvs. So after arriving at cvs he told me shut the car down go in and listen to my instructions DONT TURN THE PHONE OFF, cause I loose my job and your account will be frozen!! So I proceeded in to cvs, this guy on my phone, so I told him F you I am going to my bank to get this straightened out. He screamed and cussed I entered my bank they know something was wrong ( I looked disheveled to say the least) so one of the managers took my phone and told the guy on the phone “ it’s a scam” the phone kept ringing at least 6 times, I think all together I had 12 calls from this perpetrator while the banker had my phone and then he had to leave me because his client appointment came in. I don’t even know how I drove home knowing of my 2/3 phone conversation they know my address account info my Alzheimer’s husband etc. I am beside myself for being this stupid but omg I wanted my 417 back that they said they charged!! Please everyone do not fall for Geek Squad, they’re very convincing and then prey on you to not loose their job! I am sick to my stomach as I speak, my poor Alzheimer’s husband doesn’t know what is going on, please nobody fall for Geek Squad!! I had to change accounts # debit/ credit cards plus I do not feel save at home right now!!
