Ordered an item online, and paid via paypal. After the transaction, I attempted multiple times to email and call the vendor to confirm shipping. I never heard back. When calling into the line, I was placed on hold for roughly 10 minutes, and then hung up on. This happened every single time I tried to call. After doing some research online, unfortunately many other individuals have been scammed by this scammer.

The Reborn Doll Shop website advertises very expensive realistic life like dolls for sale. My 11 year old daughter saved her money and we ordered a boy doll that was expected to arrive in 10 days. The delivery took over a month and a half. They delivered the wrong doll. We received a girl doll that does not look life like and nothing like the one on the website. I called the phone number listed many times and only spoke to an operator once who said that I will receive an email about my concerns. I have emailed the company dozens of times and included photos as they requested. They emailed me a form letter reply over and over asking for photos after I had already sent them. Finally, they offered to send a different outfit and refund us $10. She paid $106! The Reborn Doll Shop is a complete scam. Do not waist your money on their product.
