The website is an absolute scam - and the customer service is a joke. We ordered a doll several weeks before Christmas - assured it would come in seven days - 8 weeks later and we still do not have it. The website says they are a UK company - FALSE! They send dolls from China. I was given a tracking number and tracked the "doll" from china, ended up in Chicago and supposedly "arrived at destination."

We called their number on the website to be put on hold for a while, then hung up on.

Sent an e-mail through their contact - one week later we receive an e-mail in broken English telling us to wait - it will arrive. But again, the tracking number shows it ended up in Chicago, and it hasn't moved from there for weeks.

The whole thing is a scam - NO ONE should waste your money - $90 I'll never get back.
