Was looking to get my daughter a doll for Christmas that she picked out that was suppose to look real and have a heartbeat an cooing sound it was what she was wanting so I ordered it for her and when it came in the doll looked as a cheap doll from walmart and had no sound very disappointing for the price I paid beware they took my money and will not get back to me. I have pictures of what it was suppose to look like and the junk I got.

I assisted my mom in ordering from the website that portrayed as an authentic reborn doll. What we received looked nothing like the doll advertised. The hair is matted and unruly. This doll was said to be posable and you can't even move the limbs.

I ordered two reborn dolls on this website on November 17th. I ordered a boy and a girl for my daughter for Christmas. Upon receiving these yesterday (12/20) the dolls look NOTHING like what I had ordered, also both being a girl. I have attempted multiple attempts to contact this company. No one ever answers or emails back. This is a scam. The address is not even valid. I am now out of $80 as I cannot reach anyone for return of this product or a refund.

I attempted to purchase a doll from this company after being scammed from another company. I believed this to be a reputable website but I was wrong. I have attempted to contact this company repeatedly with no response. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. The product says that it shipped on 12/6/20 but the tracking information has not changed.

I ordered a baby doll that was a boy for my granddaughters birthday. The doll cost $100.88. I received an ugly girl doll. They offered a $30 dollar replacement with me paying for the shipping and return fees. I have reached out and called the number and after 30 calls every time you call they leave you on hold then after 10 minutes they hang up. They will not contact me or replace the doll with the doll I ordered.

I ordered 3 Dolls from this company , two Alisha Girl Dolls and one Juliet Boy Doll, the two girls were cheaper than the Boy Doll because I ordered him with a full silicone body, he was $108.00. I have to tell you the reason I ordered him is because he looked like my son who passed away from SIDS 40 years ago., 2 two girls looked like my girls when they were little.

Well this is how my experience started with this so called company.
I ordered the three doll 2 to 3 months before Christmas to give to my girls and myself.
A week or two after Christmas I finally received a package in the mail with a doll which I did not order, I was very upset and got ahold of them, I sent pictures of the doll I received, which wasn't a Alisha Doll , I had at that time to if they sent out the out that belonged to the Alisha Doll and compensate some of my money back it would be ok. And at that time I told them I would appreciate the Alisha Doll and the Juliet BOY Doll being sent out soon. Text message continued between this company and myself but I was getting more upset as time went on. Finally 2 more packages came in the mail.
Guess what they were 2 Alisha Dolls, but No JULIET DOLL!
I asked over and over again to send me that Doll and I will send the first WRONG Doll back which is still in the box. They will not bend even a little,
THIS WAS NOT MY ERROR IT WAS THEIRS, I STILL HAVE ALL THE TEXT MESSAGES THAT WENT BACK AND FORTH. WITH ONLY PROMISE OF
THE OUTFIT AND THE MONEY ( which started out with $20 then$30 then $40 and back down to $20)
The Juliet meant the most to me in the first place, This company is just so WRONG , I hope they get what is coming to them someday. Worst customer service I have ever had to Deal with.
by the way I never did NOT receive the money or the Doll Outfit,
My $108.00 mistake they made and I have to pay for it!
Reborn Dolls is not one to order with!

I ordered my daughter a realistic reborn doll. After taking two months to receive it, the item was a total scam. The product looked absolutely nothing like the photo that they provided. They have NO contact number. After emailing back and forth for several weeks, they only could offer me free outfits. I expressed how angry I was with the product, offering to send it back to receive my refund. Again, they kept emailing how sorry they were and could offer a free outfit. The doll is a nightmare and is not worth keeping AT ALL. If I wanted to order my daughter a bride of chuckie to scare her, that's what I would've did. I'm highly upset and dissatisfied with this product.
