I ordered two reborn dolls for my granddaughter for Christmas on 12/4/2020. After receiving a failure payment, screen shot a payment success and confirmation number, I have not heard anything from this company. I decided to call the number on the bottom of the shot, which put me on hold for 45 minutes or so then hung up. Then I decided to email the company as well and never received a reply, but continue to receive email from them!

On January 4, 2021, I noticed that I received a package after I came back from out of town. When I opened the package, it was not what I ordered. This is unbelievable and not as advertised.
